1. The service
Replai provides an AI customer-conversation platform that operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform and as a website chat widget, together with related dashboard, inbox, bookings, ecommerce and analytics features. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, your users and the content you upload, and for using the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policyand Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
3. Trial and fees
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial as described at sign-up and on our pricing page. After the trial, fees are billed in advance per your selected plan. Pricing is in US Dollars. WhatsApp plans include a monthly allowance of billable business messages; messages sent above that allowance are billed at the per-message overage rate published on the pricing page. Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions and add-ons are billed through Paddle on a monthly or annual cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Replai dashboard. For refund eligibility and how to request a refund, see our Refund Policy, which follows Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
5. Data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum.
6. Availability and AI output
We work to keep the service reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. AI-generated replies can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing automation and human handoff settings appropriate to your business.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Replai’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in your plan. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted in line with our retention practices.
